Hours:

• Monday to Friday 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

• Sat/Sun/Holidays 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency effective immediately all patient care will be provided through our Tele-Clinic or referred to the COVID-19 Assessment Centre as needed

3. COVID 19 Vaccine Exemption
